Shipping & Returns

•       Please be aware that our pieces may be returned or exchanged up to two weeks from the time of their reception.
•       Returned/exchanged pieces must be in their original condition.  Please write on the box the return number authorization. Refund/exchange will be given only under those terms.

   Please contact Michelle at michelle@michelleleonvegan.com before you ship back any items, including the reason for the return. Please wait for a return authorization number (RA#) before your ship.    

•       The returned/exchange piece must be shipped in its original packaging.
•       Please note that for returned gold pieces only store credit will be given.
•       Please note that special-order and custom made products are not returnable/exchangeable.
